The browser cache is a tool used by your web browser to speed up loading times by saving content to the computer, instead of loading it each time a site is visited. Sometimes this cache can save old or corrupt data that causes issues with websites. To clear your browser cache in Google Chrome, follow the instructions below.

  1. Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner, select More tools, and then select Clear browsing data
  2. In the pop-up window, select the Advanced tab
  3. Set the time range to All time
  4. Check the boxes Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files (This will sign you out of any websites you are currently signed into.)
  5. Select Clear data
  6. If the issue still persists, repeat this process but check off every box in step 5.
